A trip down a dream

The title is not really original, dear reader, but I borrowed from an advertisement bubble bath, some time ago. Now that you filled my head with questions, notions of history and some bold assumption, I will try with you to relax your mind and load the body with positive energy to face life every day. As you know from other sources, the best way to relax is to enjoy activities like yoga, typical of Eastern culture and follow all the lessons of your master trust. I would try to tell you how I make my mind receptive and active when my body is sore or worn by the tension.
First, do not use drugs or alcohol that affect your work, can be a positive social glass of alcohol in the cigarette company, or in common, nothing that brings your mind to such an altered state to lose control of your faculty. You have the yoke of yourself firmly in his hands. Then try to relax through the music modulated with decreasing repetition, or perhaps in a foreign language without words that distract you. Placed on your bed with your arms at your sides, eyes closed, trying to slow the frequency of your breaths: make them longer and more intense, abbbasserai heart rate and helps you feel less stimulation from the outside. Of course, keep the lights off, or keep in an environment with low light. Then focus your mind on a happy thought, it really happened in the past, displays the image of someone dear to you, in life or not, and keep it fixed on you as if you was smiling or looking at you in a loving way. Then pretend to float in a pool in a calm sea or water if you are afraid of being on a cloud made of cotton wool, lulled by a gentle breeze. Imagine a light source in front of you, keep your eyes closed and freed herself from all connection with time. Pretend to be with the body to float toward a star, in less than no time you'll realize that your body is there with you but do not feel it, or at least some of your senses are dormant for the benefit of others. If you do this when the morning does not rest with something important, over time you will learn to practice this state of relaxation on the eve of stressful events for you. Try, my reader, to float, you see in sleep light, loved ones of the present or the past, try to expand the sensations of your body. If we succeed in all that you can make a first excursion into the astral plane, where you need a guide.
It works a bit like in The Divine Comedy: to know more you need someone who knows the road. Try if you want to hear some songs of the Divine Comedy recited before sleeping, or a poem read by you and scanned slowly. Your mind will draw for you imaginative scenarios during REM. You will understand you are on a astral plane if during one of your "dream driven" your senses you will feel the presence of someone else. Choose how to guide a person you admire from the past, a spirit guide referred Would you trust blindly. Call him by name, and he will speak with words of your heart. You will not hear a voice, but everything you do you will be spontaneous as if your heart first act of your mind. This is something that I struggle to explain to you, my reader, and in which I myself very often fails. Can I have some feeling different depending on where I am and what I am focusing on is my opinion but if you count for something, I can sure try to do even a quarter of what he was telling you about before, it does not hurt anyone and you can try it in your privacy and no one can taunt or blame. When you get up in the morning breathe deeply the air or facts capture the nature around you: you will feel that your exercises at night may have served at least make you feel at peace with yourself. The rest will be automatic, you just only think about what makes you who think evil, you will understand that the other is missing something and your mind will cheer your heart. Understanding, my reader, is one that must accompany any trip, both of mind while we sleep or study or work, that the body in everyday life.
